These Terms & Conditions govern your use of clubsinmadrid.com, operated by Signal Strategy, S.L. (CIF B27698620), registered at Calle Carranza 25, Piso 4, Puerta 3, 28004 Madrid, Spain. By accessing this website you agree to these terms in full.

2. Service Description

Clubs In Madrid is an intermediary concierge service. We facilitate reservations for VIP tables and entry at selected nightclubs in Madrid. We are not the venue operator and do not own or manage the clubs listed on this site.

Ticket and table purchases are processed through XCEED, a third-party ticketing platform. By completing a booking you also agree to XCEED's own terms and conditions.

3. Bookings and Reservations

  • Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Clubs In Madrid via WhatsApp or email.
  • Minimum spend requirements vary by venue and night and are communicated at the time of booking.
  • A booking request does not guarantee availability; we will confirm or offer an alternative as quickly as possible.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are set by the individual venue and/or XCEED. Clubs In Madrid does not process refunds directly. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend a booking and we will liaise with the relevant party on your behalf.

In the event of a venue cancelling an event, any refunds will be issued in accordance with the venue's own policy.

5. Entry and Dress Code

Entry to all venues is at the sole discretion of the venue management. Clubs In Madrid cannot guarantee entry in all circumstances. Each venue has its own dress code and minimum age policy (generally 18+). Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signal Strategy, S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from a booking made through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the relevant service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without the prior written consent of Signal Strategy, S.L.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date shown at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
